Welcome to South Mountain community Health!
We provide primary health care for men, women and children of all ages and are also able to address most routine gynecologic needs.
We accept most insurance plans. If you are uninsured, please do not let this be a barrier to your care. It is our mission to accommodate everyone.
South Mountain Community Health is open and we are not currently accepting new patients. We are located one block off Main Street in downtown Boonsboro (next to the fire station). We look forward to serving you.
