South Mountain Community Health was established in 2004 with a mission to assist our patients in meeting their health care needs and goals. We serve all people regardless of health insurance coverage status. We are proud to be active members of our community and loyal supporters of community strengthening initiatives and youth sports.
Pennies for Patients is a registered charitable organization in Maryland (501(c)(3). It is a separate entity from SMCH. All funds collected go directly to those who need it. All work done to support is done by volunteers and if medical treatment accompanies a donation, there is no fee. Your gift is tax deductible and you will receive a receipt electronically or by mail.
